It's time for April's Carpool Book Club hosted by Narci! April has been a super busy month for me so I didn't get a lot of reading done. Well that and the fact that I've been binge watching Friends while I'm working on things as well as in my spare time. 😉
I listened to Jim Gaffigan's Dad is Fat on Audible and I LOVED it! I seriously laughed till I cried multiple times. Jim Gaffigan is absolutely hilarious when recounting his experiences as a dad. He's so relatable as well. The fact that what he's saying is true and you know exactly what he's talking about makes it even more funny. Lately I've been feeling like I need to laugh more and this book definitely fits the bill!
I'm also in the middle of reading Uninvited by Lysa Terkeurst and I'm really liking it so far. I'll wait and talk about it more next month when I've finished it.
Well, that's all I've got for April... The binge watching struggle is real. I've already vowed to take a Netflix break after I finish Friends. It just sucks you right in! But on the plus side Friends is super amusing so it's contributing to fill my need for funny.
