January in Review

We have all really enjoyed the slower pace of January after going constantly the past few months.  We have had lots of pajama days and stayed cozy inside a lot this wintery month.  I haven't taken many pictures, but here's some of what we've been up to.

Clara and I started doing preschool again.  She has been working on handwriting.  We made necklaces one day after we completed a lesson.  She made me a necklace and I made her this necklace.  I love this special time with her.

Fiserv Christmas party!  We love that our good friend works at Fiserv as well!

They've done lots of building.

We've spent the nicer days sledding and building snowmen.

Clara really wanted a Minney Mouse snowman. :)

Please keep my sweet Grandma in your prayers.  She had a heart attack 2 weeks ago.  She is such a strong, positive person and an inspiration to us all.  She is home now recovering.  It was my aunt Roberta's 65th birthday on this visit to the hospital to see Grandma.  We were joking with Grandma that she was in the hospital 65 years ago on this day too having her 7th (of 13) baby.

We were so excited to meet baby Riggs Beau!  He's perfect.  Big brother Brecken was so proud. :)

We went to the movies and saw The Penguins of Madagascar.

Davey playing with his helicopters.  He said, "this is a baby like me and this is like mama" referencing the little and big helicopters. :)  He has been saying things like that a lot lately if there is a big and little of something.

Clara started ballet classes again. :)
